Classes
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Thanks for choosing to learn with Salsabor. Here are the conditions regarding our
class registrations:
- Bookings are essential to secure your place.
- Payment must be made upfront and are non-refundable and non- transferable.
- Payment methods will be sent to you once you register for your class. If you miss
a class you can make it up by attending a class at a similar or lower level.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts apply if you attend more than one group lesson. Two levels of the same
style of dance, for example Beginner II and Improver Salsa. The practice or lower
level is half price ($75), a total of $225.
A 10% discount applies if you decide to do two different styles of dance, ie: a
Salsa class and a Cha Cha/Salsa On2 class.

This class is open to anyone who has never done salsa before, or those wishing to revise their fundamentals.
You will learn all the basics necessary to help you become a successful "Salsero". You will learn the fundamental men's and ladies turns, footwork/shines, and how to dance to the music on the right timing, and lots of technique.
Basic Merengue/Bachata/Cha Cha is also taught in this class.

Location: Majura Hall Rosevear Place, Dickson
Price: $150 for 10 weeks
This class is open to anyone who has completed a minimum of 2 months of salsa, or for those wishing to revise their fundamentals.
This class is a continuation of the Beginner I course. You will continue to learn the fundamental men's and ladies turns, footwork/shines, and how to dance to the music on the right timing, and lots of technique.
Basic Merengue/Bachata/Cha Cha is also taught in this class

This class is open to anyone who has completed a minimum of 6 months of salsa, or for those wishing to revise their fundamentals.
This class is a continuation of the Beginner II course. You will continue to learn the fundamental men's and ladies turns, footwork/shines, and how to dance to the music on the right timing, and lots of technique.

Time 8:30pm - 9:30pm
Location: Majura Hall Rosevear Place, Dickson
Price: $150 for 10 weeks
This class is open to anyone that has completed Improver A or has done a minimum of 8 months of salsa. The class will include a short warm up including work on body isolations.
By the end of the 10 weeks, students will be confident in putting together a series of combinations, drawing on simple combinations such as the cross body lead to more complex combinations.

Price: $150 for 10 weeks
This class is open to anyone that has completed Improver A and B, or for those who have at least 1 to 2 years of salsa dancing experience.
The class will include a short warm up including work on body isolations. The aim of the class is to learn more complex combinations while adding styling to each of the moves and awareness of how your body can move with the music.
By the end of the 10 weeks, students will be confident in putting together a series of more advanced combinations incorporating body movement and spins.

Price: $90 for 6 weeks
This class is open to anyone who is of an Improver / Intermediate level On 1 dancer, or has completed a minimum 8 months of salsa.
In this class, Raquel will give students the knowledge to make the transition from dancing On1 to dancing Mambo or otherwise known as On2.
Raquel brings years of experience to share with the Improver to Intermediate students of Canberra to take their dancing to the next level.

Reggaeton is the latest Latino dance craze, which started in Panama, Puerto Rico and Colombia and is currently taking over clubs everywhere. The music is a mix of hip hop, tropical beats from salsa and merengue, fused with Jamaican dance. It's a hot, sexy solo dance that can be danced with a partner too! Get ready for a great workout while having loads of fun!

Location: Majura Hall Rosevear Place, Dickson
Price: $100 for 8 weeks
This 45 minute power packed class is designed for a balanced workout which will improve your posture and confidence on the dance floor, making you feel great.
Peter Sbirakos will concentrate on building your core strength, flexibility, balance, and body control. It is suitable for everyone regardless of your dancing level and no partner is required.
This class is set to challenge both mind and body and improve your dancing!

When: Mondays beginning 4th of August 2008
Time 6:00pm - 8:30pm
Location: King O’Malley’s – 131 City Walk, Civic
Price: $10 Beginner Lesson (pay per week), $3 for Social (social included in the Beginner Lesson price)
Salsabor introduces ‘After Work’ Salsa in the City every Monday evening. Every Monday at 6pm, there will be a FREE twenty minute Absolute Beginner Salsa Lesson, followed by a 45minute Open Beginner (walk in) class and then social dancing until 8:30pm.
If you work in the immediate city area, you will love this incentive to come and meet others who work close by, while at the same time enjoying some exercise in the winter months. If you bring five or more people from your office, you will all receive a 10% discount off the casual walk in Beginner lesson.
If you are a salsa dancer and want some extra social practice, this is the perfect place to come and enjoy the best salsa beats in town, while also ending early during a ‘week night’.

Bridal Lessons
After some private lessons with Salsabor instructors,
you will be confident on getting on the dance floor at your reception, ready to
impress all your guests. You will learn a skill for life that you can take wherever
you go. We specialise in a salsa or cha cha for your special wedding dance. Gift
vouchers are available and make a perfect wedding gift.
Private Lessons
Private lessons are the best way to fast track
your learning as they are taken one on one or as a couple. All the attention is
