There is no realm of dancing that Emily has not explored. Beginning at the tender age of seven, she has excelled at Irish dancing, classical ballet, jazz, contemporary, and most recently, Latin styles.

At the age of 13 Emily was awarded a full scholarship to the McDonald College of Dance were she studied classical and contemporary dance for 2 years. In this time she performed and took master classes in various venues in USA and the UK. Two years later, she was awarded another scholarship, this time, to the National College of Dance in Newcastle. During this time she completed her Certificate 4 and Diploma in Dance Performance, competed and performed at the Sydney Opera House, and continued to travel to USA, New Zealand and Singapore for auditions and competitions.

This culminated in acceptance to both the Miami City Ballet School in Florida and The Alvin Ailey School in New York. Emily chose to continue her dancing career with the Miami City Ballet School where she was also awarded a scholarship.

After returning from the states, Emily extended her passion for dance into many other dance styles and is now teaching and performing burlesque, samba, bachata and zouk. In 2015 Emily taught and performed at the New Zealand Brazilian Dance Festival, Sydney Bachata Festival, Doudoule Dance Camp and was awarded 2nd place in the Pro Zouk category with her partner Amit Arora at the Australian Latin Dance Championships.
